DEMENTIA

Yesterday morning Pam was a bit upset when she arrived here. Her husband has Altzeimers and has been hospitalised for several years. His condition is deteriorating (or progressing). She finds this very upsetting. Before the day was out, I became profoundly aware of the value of 'what we have here' in the lodge.

As both conversations were recorded Pam is now able to play them repeatedly. The value of this, for her, is simply priceless.
